Web 3.0 is one of the terms used to describe the evolutionary stage of the Web that follows Web 2.0. Given that technical and social possibilities identified in this latter term are yet to be fully realised the nature of defining Web 3.0 is highly speculative. In general it refers to aspects of the internet which, though potentially possible, are not technically or practically feasible at this time.

Following the introduction of the phrase "Web 2.0" as a description of the recent evolution of the Web, the term "Web 3.0" has been introduced to hypothesize about a future wave of Internet innovation. Views on the next stage of the World Wide Web's evolution vary greatly, from the concept of emerging technologies such as the Semantic Web transforming the way the Web is used (and leading to new possibilities in artificial intelligence) to the observation that increases in Internet connection speeds, modular web applications, and advances in computer graphics will play the key role in the evolution of the World Wide Web.

Proposed expanded definition

Web 3.0, a phrase coined by John Markoff of the New York Times in 2006, refers to a supposed third generation of Internet-based services that collectively comprise what might be called 'the intelligent Web'—such as those using semantic web, microformats, natural language search, data-mining, machine learning, recommendation agents, and artificial intelligence technologies—which emphasize machine-facilitated understanding of information in order to provide a more productive and intuitive user experience.
Nova Spivack defines Web 3.0 as the third decade of the Web (2010–2020) during which he suggests several major complementary technology trends will reach new levels of maturity simultaneously including:

transformation of the Web from a network of separately siloed applications and content repositories to a more seamless and interoperable whole.

ubiquitous connectivity, broadband adoption, mobile Internet access and mobile devices;
network computing, software-as-a-service business models, Web services interoperability, distributed computing, grid computing and cloud computing;

open identity, OpenID, open reputation, roaming portable identity and personal data;

div+css - Firefox和IE浏览器兼容问题

水平居中，Firefox使用margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; IE6 使用text-align: center;
垂直居中，Firefox中使用display: table-cell; vertical-align: middle;可以实现div垂直居中，而IE6中则需要借助IE6中css的特点实现垂直居中。
!important标记，Firefox支持!important标记，IE6忽略!important标记，!important需要放在前面才能起作用
手形鼠标指针，使用cursor: pointer;
padding的尺寸，在Firefox中padding是计算在width之外的，而IE6是计算在width之内的
margin的尺寸，在IE6中带有float样式的元素的margin尺寸计算有误，需要借助padding和!important标记实现兼容

使用word-wrap设置自动折行, 仅对IE有效

盗版微软Windows XP每小时黑屏的解决办法

这两天，关于微软将启动Windows正版增值计划(简称“WGA”)和Office正版增值计划(简称“OGA”)的消息充斥着网络，看来微软继对番茄花园的洪磊下“毒手”之手之后，开始把触须伸向广大盗版用户了。大家尤其关心的是盗版微软Windows XP将一小时黑屏一次这个消息，这对于我们这些习惯于使用盗版Windows XP（其实我的笔记本有正版的Windows vista，但还是不如Windows XP实用）系统的人来说，确实影响不小，虽然黑屏不会对电脑造成任何损害，但想想正玩得开心的时候出现下面的场景，实在不是什么让人开心的事。

但是，我一直不担心这个问题，因为，我相信英勇的人民会在关键时刻发挥充分的想象力和超强的破解能力，果不其然，微软预计20日正式启动这个正版验证计划，而现在，解决的办法就已经出来了。

方法一：拒绝安装正版验证补丁。微软再厉害，也不可能在几年之前就预留了正版验证的后门，要实现正版验证，就需要补丁来完成这个任务，所以，第一个方法就是从源头上拒绝微软的探子。具体操作为：关闭windows自动更新，使用360安全卫士等第三方工具的更新功能，在更新补丁之前，注意看看补丁的介绍，目前Windows正版认证计划（WGA）的补丁代号为kb905474，其更新日期为2008.9.23，版本为1.8.0031.9，还需要留意Office正版增值计划(OGA)的认证补丁，确保做到不下载，不安装。

方法二：使用命令破解。如果很不幸，你已经在不知不觉中安装了Windows正版认证计划（WGA）或者是Office正版增值计划(OGA)的认证补丁，也不是没有办法，具体操作为：任务栏选择：开始-运行-输入regedit回车，在左边栏中找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Miscrosoft \Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\NotifyWgaLogon项，将整个WgaLogon项删除即可。

最后，还是要立一下牌坊：

1.本文所列解决办法整理自网络，没有亲自实践，使用者后果自负；

(An L2, or secondary, cache temporarily stores data; and a larger L2 cache can help speed up your system's performance. The FSB carries data between the CPU and RAM, and a faster front-side bus will deliver better overall performance.)

The new hafnium-infused circuitry--which reduces electrical current leakage in transistors--conserves even more energy, giving you more time away from the wall outlet. With a substantial 3 MB of shared L2 cache, data and instructions can be kept close to the two processor cores, greatly increasing performance and allowing the entire system to work more efficiently. And, because the processor cores share the L2 cache, either can use the entire amount if the other happens to be idle.

Hard Drive and Memory
The 160 GB Serial-ATA (SATA) hard drive (5400 RPM) quickens the pace with a higher speed transfer of data--akin to FireWire and USB 2.0. The 2 GB of PC5300 DDR2 RAM (two SO-DIMMs of 1024 MB) have an industry-leading 667 MHz speed, and the RAM capacity can be increased to 4 GB.

Wireless Connectivity
